We like taking trips. We like traveling. We like taking pictures with new cameras. We like taking pictures with old cameras. And we don’t share our trips until we’ve finished our client’s work, so lo and behold, a little something from this past fall.
We shot a lot of Impossible Project film this fall. It’s a fun way to test our Polaroid package. When Polaroid stopped production of its instant film a few years ago, the Impossible Project bought the last working factory and started making it’s own instant film. Films have gotten steadier over the past few years, and we always use the latest film types in our packages. Film types are listed below the photos!
A little explanation: One particularly gorgeous fall day, Rachel and I went out to the Fallingwater home in Ohiopyle State Park. If you’ve never been, you absolutely have to go. Pay the extra few dollars for the guided tour and prepare to have your mind blown. Frank Lloyd Wright designed the one of a kind house for the Kaufmann family.
And, for Rachel’s birthday, we went to the National Aviary to see the penguin we adopted awhile back. His name is Elvis, and he is an absolute riot.
