Ride a Bike: PAA Wedding with Joanne and JoeJuly 11, 2011

We knew we would enjoy working with Joanne and Joe from the moment we met them. I consider them more friends than clients now, and I hope they agree!

Joanne and Joe mixed things up. They had a modern catholic ceremony as well as a traditional Korean ceremony at the beginning of the reception, and they each wore a killer pair of shoes throughout the day.

Joe is an avid bike rider and was even mentioned in the newspaper. (He also broke his wrist 3 days before his wedding while mountain biking. Mad props to you sir!)

Love your shoes Joanne! – Ra

Rachelford, you absolutely nailed this shot! I love it. Love love love it! Joanne, you look great! Molly’s Trolly’s for the win. – Ro

Joe, I don’t know if you got in trouble with the suit place for writing on your shoes, but if you did, just show them this photo. Because I think it was worth it. – Ro

We encountered some less-than-skilled golfers using the driving range when we stopped at this location. (Insert “fore” reference here) -Ro

One of Joe’s groomsmen does crazy stand-in-place backflips. I almost tried one. Then thought better.

Joanne, I love how your bright blue heels really stand out in this shot! – Ra

Joanne and Joe had a traditional Korean Ceremony before the festivities began. Crazy cool. -Ro

So, traditionally, each set of parents throws fruits into the blanket before the new couple. Each piece represents grandkids that the parents want. That’s a pretty big handful that Joanne’s mom is tossing in…. – Ro

This tradition caught me by surprise. But made for awesome photos. – Ro
